Mr. Clifford has nearly 30 years of experience raising capital, trading micro-cap stocks, and working with institutional and high net-worth investors. Prior to co-founding Liquid, he was Head of Capital Markets for MDB Capital Group, where he led the deal completion process for numerous successful transactions.
Previously, Mr. Clifford was a Managing Director at ThinkEquity; before that, he was a Senior Vice President at Sanders Morris Harris. Mr. Clifford started his career apprenticing for the legendary Felix Juda at Sutro & Company, and he remained at Sutro for the first 18 years of his career.

Mr. Desai has over ten years of strategic advisory experience related to capital formation, business models, and strategic consulting. Prior to co-founding Liquid, he was a Managing Director of Investment Banking at MDB Capital Group, where he focused on raising capital for venture-stage companies in a variety of high-tech industries. Before that, he worked as Director of Investment Research at MDB Capital.
Previously, Mr. Desai worked in the Strategy & Operations group at Deloitte Consulting. Mr. Desai started his career as an associate at the New York law firm Cravath, Swaine and Moore, where he focused on securities offerings and mergers and acquisitions.
Mr. Desai holds an A.B. from the University of California, Berkeley, a J.D. from Harvard Law School, and an M.B.A. from the UCLA Anderson School of Management.

Mr. Landry brings a diverse technical and financial background that includes ten years of high tech entrepreneurial experience and four years of venture banking experience. Prior to co-founding Liquid, he was a Managing Director of Investment Banking at MDB Capital Group, where he led several successful public and private transactions.
Previously, Mr. Landry was founder and Chief Technology Officer at Evident Technologies, an advanced materials company that commercialized semiconductor nanocrystals, where he established himself as a pioneer in the nanotechnology industry. Mr. Landry started his career in the Engineering Leadership Development program at Lockheed Martin. Mr. Landry is an inventor on 16 patents and patents pending and has extensive experience in developing and analyzing patent strategy.
Mr. Landry holds a B.S. and M.S. in Chemical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

Christopher “Kit” Jennings
Principal, Investment Banking
Mr. Jennings brings extensive experience in investment banking and capital formation across a number of verticals. Prior to joining Liquid, Mr. Jennings was managing director of Roth Capital Partners, an investment banking firm that focuses on the small-cap public market.
Previously, Mr. Jennings was co-Chief Executive Officer of Global Euro Net Group and a managing director of Cruttenden Roth Incorporated. Before joining Cruttenden Roth in 1995, Mr. Jennings was a managing director at Sutro & Co., and a principal and senior managing director of Maiden Lane Associates, an equity fund organized to arrange and invest in management buyouts. Mr. Jennings was previously associated with Dean Witter Capital as a managing director, where he was responsible for major corporate clients in Southern California. Prior to joining Dean Witter, Mr. Jennings was an investment banking officer with Warburg Paribas Becker.
Mr. Jennings graduated with a B.A. in economics and public policy from New College in 1975, and received his M.B.A. from UCLA Anderson in 1980.

Mr. Blair brings over 25 years of both institutional sales and trading experience, with an outstanding track record of working with institutions and private client groups. Prior to joining Liquid, he worked in business development and investment analysis at Lawndale Capital Management, an activist hedge fund.
Previously, Mr. Blair was a Managing Director at ThinkEquity, where he streamlined and expanded the healthcare and consumer trading presence. Before that, he was a founding partner at Thomas Weisel Partners, where he helped establish the institutional trading desk. Kevin started his career at Montgomery Securities, where he rose to limited partner and was a top-tier trader on the over-the-counter desk.
